Step 1. Install certificate (first time only)

Step 2. Install Assistant Engine

Manual certificate steps

1. Double-click the .cer → Install Certificate…
2. Choose Local Machine (admin prompt)
3. Place in store → Trusted Root Certification Authorities
4. Repeat → Trusted People
5. Click an installer button above

macOS

Download the .zip, double-click to extract, then drag AssistantEngine.app into Applications.

Note: Assistant Engine is optimized for Windows. Updates for macOS are less frequent and may have limited support.
